Tips for colic and postpartum healing

I’m here to help you ease into parenthood with rest and support.

Since babies don’t sleep like adults, my 10–12 hour overnight shifts give you time to rest and start your day refreshed.

While you sleep, I’ll keep your baby safe, calm, and cared for. I also prepare at least one meal—sometimes two—so you can wake up knowing both you and your baby are taken care of.
